Kat-tun just finished shooting the PV for To The Limit and they were all pleased with their success. While every one was congratulating each other and arguing about how they should celebrate, one person was off by himself. Yuichi Nakamaru was as excited as everyone else but he just couldn’t a person off his mind. His two best friends, Koki and Kazuya, urged him more than once to ask out the guy in question. Except Maru wasn’t sure if it was a good idea, while Koki and Kame had no problems being cuddly in public-around JE anyway- and during photo shoots. He was told not to worry about what everyone thinks as far as matters of the heart go and to go after what he wants. Its like Kame said over drinks one night, ‘If you and him truly care about each other then the agency can’t break you two up’. Kame’s words ran through his head so often that more than once he thought he was going to crack up.

“ Just go and ask him already.” Junno says sitting down next Yuichi.

“ Yeah Maru. If you wait any longer someone else is going to snatch him away.” Kame advises sitting down on Maru’s other side.

Maru looks at Kame briefly and then sighs, before turning his gaze back on Tatsuya who was playing Ja Ken Po with Koki.

“ The best two out of four?” Ueda asks Koki.

“ Sure. If I win...you have to ask Yuichi out on a date. But it has to be in front of the rest of the members of KT. If we keep tying then we both have to take the punishment.” Koki agrees making it into a batsu game.

“ But I...that’s...fine! But if I win....you have tongue Kamenashi in front of us, agreed?” Ueda smirks then remembers Kame’s temper and how he hates surprises like that, “ Though you might want to tell him before we start.”

Koki agrees and sends a text to Kame, praying he actually responds back for once. Kame’s phone goes off and he reads the text from Koki. His eyes widen so much that he looks like a deer caught in a car’s headlights. Coming out of his shock at Ueda’s evilness, he grins and sends one back agreeing to the terms of the game.

“ He’s on board.” Koki says and they start.

Koki loses the first round, Ueda the second. Koki wins round 3. They both start getting over confident.

“ Last round Tanaka, if I win this you have to deep throat Kame.” Ueda grins evilly.

“ If I win...you get to ask out Maru.” Koki laughs.

They start round four and for the next twenty minutes or so they keep throwing out the same thing. Junno by this time went over to watch, leaving Maru with a grinning Turtle.

“ What are you so happy about all of a sudden?” A confused beat boxer asks.

“ Nothing.” Kame says being evasive on purpose.

Soon they hear a loud cheer coming from Ueda and Junno laughing his ass off, pointing at Koki. Well, until Koki kicked him...hard anyway. Koki sends a text to Kame saying he lost and that they need a new plan. Kame groans slightly, while him and Koki have done that once or twice after being drunker than a skunk. Still...that didn’t mean they wanted to do is sober. Ueda and Junno frog march Koki over to where Kame and Maru were sitting.

“ Let’s get this over with Kame-chan.” Koki says sound resigned to his fate, but its only for show and Kame knows it.

Kame stands and soon their tongues are dancing with each other for a whole minute before they part. Satisfied Ueda gets another idea, this one involving the five of them and no evil intentions.

“ Why don’t we go out and have a few drinks to celebrate another successful PV completed safely?”

“ Sure.” Junno and Maru chorus at the same time.

“ Where’d Kame and Koki get off to?” Junno asks.

“ No where...we’re right here.” Koki says as him and Kame come from their planning session.

After agreeing on the place and time to meet up later, they all head home to relax for a bit. At home Koki was about to get in the shower when Maru calls him.

“ Hello? Oh hey Yuichi. What’s up?”

“ Is there something going on between you and Kame?”

“ No, why?”

“ Because I thought you two would’ve been more embarrassed to kiss each other like that.”

“ We’re just comfortable around one another and it doesn’t cause trouble, so why worry about it. Though remind me to stop telling Ueda what happens when Kame and I go drinking together, he knows that’s happen before and that’s why his evil brain thought of it. But I’m not the one dancing around a crush...you are. Now why won’t you tell him?” Koki asks for the millionth time.

“ I told you why. I’m not good with these kinds of things and besides...what if he rejects me? Its going to make being around him hard and I don’t want to risk our friendship.” Maru sighs.

Koki sighs at that and says, “ You’re just a chicken.”

Maru laughs at that before getting off the phone. Koki puts his phone down and goes to take his shower. Meanwhile, Kame has no luck with Ueda either and that’s even with Junno’s help. Six hours later KT are sitting in a bar celebrating. Everyone’s either getting drunk or are already drunk. Junno, having a higher tolerance to alcohol than most, decides its safer if he drove everyone home.

“ Oh come on Maru...you know you like Ueda!” Koki shouts in his drunken state.

Kame giggles as he and Ueda down more shots. Instead of helping Koki get the two together, Kame decided he’d rather be drunk instead. Maru shakes the drunk rapper from his shoulders and walks slowly towards the bathroom, being careful not walk into people. After taking a piss, he goes to the sink and washes his hands.

“ I’m not even sure if he feels the same way about me” Maru says to himself, or so he thought.

“ Not sure if who likes you?” Ueda asks out of the blue, making Maru jump about a foot in the air. He had to pee himself.

“ N-no one.” Maru says quickly and escaping the bathroom before Ueda could say anything more.

If only Maru had looked back then he would’ve seen the hurt look in Tatsuya’s eyes. He turns away from the door and goes to pee. He wonders if Maru will ever look at him the way Kame looks at Koki. But unlike Koki and Kame, him and Maru are caught in a dance that’s going no where. After using the bathroom he walks out to where the others are. After seeing how differently Maru acts around him than and not the other KT members, he decides to head home for the night.

Ueda grabs his jacket, surprising his friends by his sudden desire to leave. This was his idea after all.

“ U-ueda...*hiccup* where are you going?” A drunk turtle asks, his words slurring at the end of the question.

“ I think you had enough for tonight, Kame-chan.” Koki hiccups, no less drunker than their leader, keeping the alcohol out of Kame’s reach. Someone has to watch over a drunk Kame.

Ueda sees Kame’s head roll on to Koki’s shoulder and how Koki wraps an arm protectively around his best friend, makes Ueda’s heart and head hurt. Though he’s pretty sure his headache is from the alcohol and not his emotions.

“ I’m just not feeling well, that’s all.” Ueda says and then goes to leave.

“ I think we all have had enough to drink for the night, I’ll take everyone home.” Taguchi says, making it a point to drop Ueda and Maru off last.

After paying, everyone piles into Junno’s car. Twenty minutes from Kame’s place, Kame whispers in Koki’s ear. He nods then gets Junno’s attention.

“ I’ll just...just crash at hi-his place.” Koki says, trying to point at Kame but not succeeding at it, pointing to Kame’s reflection in the window instead.

Junno chuckles and nods. Soon he drops Koki and Kame off at Kame’s apartment, he figures its safer if he helped the two drunkest idiots inside first. This action leaves Ueda and Maru in the car...alone for a bit.

“ That was a good pv shoot, wasn’t it?” Maru asks mainly to cut the tension that swirled around them like snow being whipped up by an intense wind.

Ueda just nods. He didn’t know if his vocal chords would work right now, even if he willed them to. He’s afraid he’d say something that he wouldn’t be able to take back. He doesn’t want to risk it.

Junno comes back down ten minutes later, pouting. Koki soundly kicked Junno from the apartment after he asked Kame why Koki stays over so much, especially when they’ve been out drinking. He gets in and starts driving to Maru’s place.

‘ Come on Maru...now’s your chance.’ Junno thinks looking in the rear view mirror at his two friends in his back seat.

Maru still can’t bring himself to tell Ueda what he doesn’t know Ueda wants to hear. That he, Yuichi Nakamaru, loves him too.

A collective sigh echoes through the silence of Junno’s car. After dropping Yuichi off at his place, Junno drives Ueda home.

“ You okay, Uepi?” Junno asks from the front seat.

Ueda just shrugs in response as he stares out the backseat window.

“ It will all work out, just try to be patient.” Junno says gently as he stops at Ueda’s residence an hour later.

Ueda just nods and heads inside. Junno heads home to his own bed. After his shower, Tatsuya lays in bed...just staring at the ceiling, thinking.

“ Maybe I’m wrong and its not me Yuichi likes.” he thinks sadly. Annoyed, he gets out of bed, pulls his clothes and shoes back on and heads to Maru’s place. He needs to know how Maru feels about him...tonight.

Maru can’t sleep either and its his own fault. He lays on his couch petting Mister and feeling miserable, lonely and hear broken. None of which has anything to do with the alcohol he had a few hours ago. Its a result of his own fears and he knows it. He’s always dreamed of growing old and having a family with Tatsuya, yeah they’d have to adopt or something since they’re both male, but if he knows if he can’t get over his fears and bite the bullet. Someone is going to come along and take away his chance at being with his true love. He lets out a frustrated sigh before falling asleep.

Maru’s only asleep for a couple of hours when a loud knocking and the accompanying barking from his two dogs, penetrate Maru’s still slightly drunken brain. He gets up and answers the door, not prepared for the person on the other side.

“ Tatsuya! What are you doing here?” Maru asks surprised.

“ I need to know, Yuichi. Do you see me?” Ueda voiced his question quietly as he goes to sit on Maru’s couch.

Sitting down next to the younger man, Maru hears Koki’s voice in his head. ‘ You’re a big chicken, Maru....just tell him!’

He thinks back to the scene of Koki caring for a drunk Kame and to the memory of Taguchi’s party where Yamapi gave him the plant for his birthday. That’s what he wants...someone that knows him inside and out. Someone who can tell when something’s bothering him, even when he hides it and more. All these things he wants from Ueda, he gathers his courage and makes his move.

“ I guess I’m invisible to you, even now. I’ll...” Ueda’s words are cut off by Maru’s lips.

Tatsuya was shocked. But when Maru’s tongue licked his bottom lip asking for permission, Ueda eagerly opened his mouth enough for Maru to slip his tongue in. Ueda kisses back, pouring all his emotions and love into that kiss, praying that Maru wasn’t just playing with him. Maru breaks the kiss after about five minutes and smiles at Ueda.

“ You were never invisible to me, Tatsuya. I was always looking at you, wanting you. Waiting and hoping for the day you felt for me what I’ve always felt for you. I love you Tatsuya and that will never change.” Maru confesses.

Unable to find his voice, let alone the words he wanted to say, figuring it was located somewhere near his liver...he shows Maru what he wants to tell him. This time he locks lips with Yuichi.

“ I’ve wait two years to hear those words from you, Yuichi. I love you too.” he whispers against Maru’s lips.

He smiles and stands, pulling Ueda with him. He kisses Ueda again as he pushes him back towards his bedroom. They didn’t care where they left their clothes, they can always search for them later.

Maru lays his new lover on his bed and kisses him again. Moving from Ueda’s lips to his neck, licking a cool path with his tongue down Tatsuya’s chest. He grabs a nipple and gently nips and licks at it. Ueda moans and arches against his chest.

“ Yu-yuichi...more!” Ueda moans as Maru licks and kisses his way down Ueda’s abdomen.

“ You taste so good, Tat-chan.” Maru breaths against the younger man’s hard on.

Before Ueda can do anything, he feels his cock surrounded by the delicious heat of his lover’s mouth. Maru wraps his lips and tongue around Ueda’s length and starts sucking him off.

Maru replaces his fingers with his own member and slides in. He waits for Ueda to adjust, only to be told to get on with the show already. He wants Yuichi now and dammit...he’s tired of waiting. Soon Maru rocks his body against Ueda’s.

“ Oh fuck! That’s it Maru....right there!” Ueda yells in pleasure as Maru hit a sweet spot for both of them.

“ Oh Tat-chan....un...so good!” Maru pants out.

Maru makes love to his beloved boxer. His slow and gentle, but hard thrusts, take Ueda on a ride so high that he sees nothing but colors swirling around his vision. He runs his hands up Maru’s arms, down his down his back landing on his ass. He squeezes and pushes Maru even deeper. Maru moans at the action and speeds up, their moans and screams of sheer ecstacy fill the silence of the bedroom.

“ Oh...god...Maru..I’m gonna...” Ueda moans as he feels his climax on the verge over taking him.

Sensing his own climax near, he wraps his fingers around Ueda’s aching hard on and starts jacking him off. The next day Koki, Kame and Junno are sitting around Kame’s coffee table playing cards. Having earned the day off and so Kame and Koki can nurse their hangovers. Junno does his best to keep the noise level down, Koki being hung over is lethal enough without adding Kame’s hangover to the mix. Then it just turns into a volatile situation.

“ I’ve always wondered why you were the only one that goes out drinking with Kame.” Junno says, earning an evil glare from Kame.

“ That’s not your business.” Koki growls punching Junno’s arm...hard. Junno pouts.

“ I have a more interesting question...when in the hell are those two ever going to confess to each other?!” Kame asks grumpily as his phone goes off. Him and Koki wince at the sudden noise.

“ I got it!” Junno says and gets up to answer the phone.

“ I wish I knew Kame-chan.” Koki answers as Junno hangs up.

“ Maru and Uepi are coming over. They said that had something to tell us, I told them to be quiet as you two bakas still have hangovers and are suffering.”

Kame and Koki just glare at Junno before beating him at poker and then burying their heads under the pillows on Kame’s bed. Junno just go back into the living room and waits for their two friends to show up. Its not long before Junno hears a knock on Kame’s apartment door, he goes to answer it.

“ Hey guys.” Junno says with a bright smile. He lets Ueda and Maru into the living room.

“ Where’s Koki and Kame?” Maru asks.

“ In Kame’s bed, suffering from their hangovers.” Junno chuckles.

Junno goes to get his two long suffering band mates and brings them into the living room. Maru puts a shot of vodka in two glasses and passes them to Koki and Kame.

“ Take another bite of the dog that bit you. It will take the hangover away.” Maru smiles understandingly.

Koki and Kame down the liquor and feel better almost immediately.

“ Thanks. So what’s the big news?” Koki asks.

“ I finally got over my stupid fears and confessed!” Maru says excitedly.

Tatsuya just beams and grabs Maru’s hand in a clear message of ‘He’s mine!’

“ That’s great guys!” Junno and Kame say at the same time.

“ See I told you there was nothing to be afraid of. I’m happy for you two.” Koki says with a approval.

“ Why don’t we celebrate....without alcohol this time. I don’t think Koki and Kame need or want another hangover.” Maru giggles as they all go out to eat.
