Summary: Kame's dream was to stay in one place permanently..will his dream ever come true.

By the time winter rolls around Koki and Kame have been dating for three months. Ryu’s long done with the baseball season and has more time to concentrate on other after school activities..like hanging out with his friends and trying to tag along with Kame on his dates with Koki. Not to mention Ryo and his crew are still after Kame, with Ryo going as far as trying to force himself of on Kame only to be interrupted by either Kame’s fist to his jaw or someone intervening at just right the time. On this occasion Kame was rescued by an upper classman that Koki’s on friendly terms with and knows all about Ryo’s games and that he’s still trying bang Koki’s boyfriend.
“ Thanks for that.” Kame says.
“ No problem. We all have a problem with what Ryo and his friends do but we can’t save every new kid that comes through our halls, there’s just too many of them. Honestly, the only thing that saved you was timing.” Sho says.
“ I know had I chose not to try and follow Koki into the bathroom that day then Ryo probably would’ve succeeded. Well, I better get going before Koki sends out a search party. Later.”
“ Later Kazuya.” Sho says.
Twenty minutes later Kame and Koki are heading to Koki’s car since Kame’s is still in the shop due to a minor accident he had on the way home from school, when Koki asks...
“ So What took you so long?”
“ Sorry about that. Ryo tried to force himself on me for millionth time and I couldn’t fight back really since he had my arms pinned behind my back.” Kame answers
“ Are you still...he didn’t...?” Koki stutters unable to formulate a proper sentence due to his temper rising.
“ No he didn’t Koki. I still remain untarnished baby..that still belongs to you. Anyway, Sho just happened to forget something in the locker room and he pulled Ryo off of me...besides, I just would’ve put my knee to a different use since he just happen to put his dick right in the line of fire.” He smirks evilly.
“ Good I’m glad. Not just because you promised yourself to me....but I don’t like the idea of anyone trying to do that against your will. Now shall we head back to your place? I wanna get my homework done so I can spend the rest of the afternoon and night just holding you.” Koki says.
“ Well let’s get going then.” Kame says.
Kame sees his mom’s car in the drive when they pull up. They walk in and find her sitting at the table going over a list.
“ Hi mom.”
“ Hi Mrs. Kamenashi.”
Looking up from what she was doing she says, “ Oh hey boys. How was school? That Ryo guy still trying to add you to his ‘list’?”
“ It was fine and yes he is. There’s only one way to stop him and I would do it but that would make me no better than Ryo himself.” Koki answers honestly.
“ Yeah. We would rather put up with his crap then do something that both Koki and I know that I ain’t ready for. So, what’s that?” Kame asks pointing to the list of names his mom was pouring over when they came home.
“ Oh its just the guest list for your father’s annual Christmas/business party. We’re having it at our place this year and before you ask Kame..yes you’re stuck having to attend.”
“ But I’m....” Kame starts but his mom cuts across him.
“ Don’t worry son, nobody at your father’s work knows. He didn’t tell anyone because his son’s sexual orientation is not for public knowledge, unless you want it to be Kame.”
“ So, when it is?” he asks.
“ Next week. Its black tie...so make sure you and Koki-kun are dressed accordingly.” she says.
“ Okay we will. Well, we’re going to do our homework.” Kame says as him and Koki head upstairs to his room.
Six hours later Koki heads home for the night and Kame cleans up his room and has to help his brother locate his rabbit...again. They look all over the place, even outside thinking that maybe it got out when Koki left, only to find it laying with Ran-chan in her doggie bed. After giving him back to Ryu he heads upstairs and crawls into bed. The dinner party comes and that’s when Kame’s dad’s boss tells him the last thing he wanted to hear..he has to go to yet another country for work.
“Kame, Koki and Ryu aren’t going to like this honey..especially Kame and Koki.” she says as they’re cleaning up the dishes while Koki and Kame are walking their dogs.
“ I know. I wish we didn’t have to separate them since I have the feeling that Kame would do the exact same thing I did, he would just come running back here the first chance he got. Some people would tell me that its just puppy love but with those two..I think its a real love they share, I know it sounds strange but they do remind me of us when we were that age.” his dad says and then he gets a wonderful idea.
“ Well, I will leave now. Thanks for letting me come to the party.” Koki says after him and Kame get back from their walk.
“ Anytime Koki-kun.” Kame’s dad says.
“ Goodnight Mr. and Mrs. Kamenashi.”
“ Good night Koki-kun.” they reply back.
“ I’ll walk you out.” Kame says and follows his partner outside.
“ Thanks for coming to this stupid party Koki. I hate these things, my dad’s junior boss keeps trying to hook me up with his daughter. He thinks that it will help him rise to the top or something stupid like that.”
“ Anytime Kame. I know where you’re coming from, the same thing kept happening to me even after the my dad’s bosses found out I was gay. It only stopped when my brothers took over our dad’s company. Well, goodnight Kame.”
“ Goodnight Koki. I’ll call you tomorrow.” Kame says as Koki climbs in his car.
After giving Koki a quick kiss Kame goes back inside and climbs into bed, while his dad makes a call to Koki’s phone. He asks Koki if Kame could stay with him after the Christmas holidays, Koki agrees and hangs up. He gets home and after changing he crawls into bed with Sora-chan wondering why Kame’s dad asked him if Kazu can stay with him.
“ So when are we moving dear?” His wife asks after he gets done on the phone.
“ Right after Christmas.” He smiles and tells his wife what he’s up to as they head upstairs.
Ryo was fed up with waiting for Kame to come to his senses and he was tired of Koki or anyone else getting in his way. So one day, right before their winter break was supposed to start, Ryo got to school ahead of Kame and Koki. He sits in his car until Kame pulls into the parking lot and when Kame gets out to head towards the gymnasium, where he was helping to set up for that the last day of the Winter Carnival, Ryo follows a few steps behind. All of a sudden Kame’s grabbed roughly from behind and after being dragged around the corner, he’s shoved backwards against the wall feeling lips that weren’t Koki’s start moving up and down his neck.
“ RYO!! Get off of me!” Kame says and shoves Ryo away from him just he was about to leave a bite mark on Kame’s neck.
Kame’s refusal only fueled Ryo’s actions, he punches Kame, and after wrestling him to the ground, he lays on top of him with and rips the T-shirt Koki gave him exposing his chest. Ryo runs his hands over a struggling Kame’s upper body and moves down to undo the button of Kame’s jeans and pulls the zipper down causing the fight within Kame to grow ever higher. He doesn’t want this, he never wanted this with Ryo..he only wants Koki and no one else. When Ryo moves Kame feels Ryo’s “package” on his knee, with a sharp and sudden movement from Kame’s leg has Ryo rolling off of him and doubling over in pain. While Ryo is still on the ground Kame moves and immediately Kicks Ryo in the ribs.
“ I told you, you bastard, that you will never get what you’re after. You’re pathetic you know that? You and your friends. Why don’t you go for Tomo’s cousin? She’s a virgin and she’s more than happy to let you take what you want.” Kame says and goes back to his car to wait for Koki and the others to show up.
He doesn’t have long to wait though. After seeing the state of Kame’s clothes from his window, Koki hurries to park his car, albeit not straight, and runs over to where Kame was leaning against the side of his car.
“ Oh my...What in the hell happened to you?” He asks.
“ Ryo happened to me that’s what. I came early to help set things up like we told the principle we would and I guess he got here before me. I just reached the door to the gym when he grabbed me and after he drug me around to the side of the building he started trying to...” he shudders at the memory, while doing up the zipper and button on his jeans “ force himself on me. I shoved him off but it only fueled to the fire and after he hit me, he managed to wrestle me to the ground where he ripped the shirt you gave me and he started undoing my pants. So when he moved I kneed him in the groin and then kicked him in the ribs. After telling him that I only wanted you and to go after Pi’s cousin, I came here to wait for you.” Kame finishes just as Ueda and the others come over.
“ Kame...” Was Koki could say and wrapped his arms around him.
“ Where did you leave him, Kazuya?” Ueda asked.
“ Over by the gym.” He replied as he changes into a spare shirt he learned to keep on hand after the last time Ryo ripped his clothing.
Nodding Ueda, Junno and Maru head off to finish what Kame started. It was almost lunch time when Kame and Koki were called to the principle’s office where they were met by Ryo and Tomo. Ueda did a number on both of them but he was always careful to never get in trouble. After showing their principle the torn t-shirt and after telling him about everything that Ryo’s tried to do ever since Kame started their school the principle told them that Ryo and Tomo are suspended until the next school year starts forcing them to take summer school to stay caught up, and since Kame’s actions can be seen as self defense he’s not going to punish him nearly as hard but that he does have a week’s detention for fighting.
“ Well what did he want?” Maru asked when Koki and Kame tracked them down at their usual spot during lunch.
“ He wanted to know what was the cause of the fight this morning and after I showed him my ripped shirt, Koki told him about the shit Ryo’s been doing since I came here.” Kame said while he ate his lunch all while allowing Koki to help him finish it.
“ Both Tomo and Ryo are suspended until next year and are forced to take summer school so they don’t fall behind, while Kame just a week’s detention to serve once school starts back up again.”
“ Well while it sucks that Kame got punished but he did have to be fair. At least now we don’t have to worry about him while we’re in school..just out of it.” Junno remarks.
“ Oh that reminds me Kame. Your dad called me after I left your place, after the party was over, and he asked if you could stay with me after Christmas was over. I told him you could and then he started saying something about having the place fumigated for bugs or something.” Koki finished at the same time as they started a chop stick battle for the last piece of chicken.
“ That’s strange but okay. Do you want to spend Christmas with me and my family?” Kame asked as he savored his victory against Koki for the chicken.
“ If your parents don’t mind then yeah.” Koki said with a pout since he lost.
Later that night after getting home from their date, they’re sitting on Koki’s couch when Kame pulls Koki down on top of him and shoves his tongue down the older man’s throat. Koki moans into the kiss while he undoes the buttons on Kame’s shirt, remembering to stay up top he’s pleased that Ryo’s actions from this morning didn’t make Kame want to go back to just kissing.
“ Oh Kame...” he moans as Kame’s knee works Koki’s hard on. He presses harder and speeds up the movement of his knee causing Koki to cry out against his younger lover’s neck as he’s coming hard and fast in his boxers.
After a few minutes he gets up to change and clean himself up. When he comes back Kame’s just hanging up from talking to his dad.
“ I asked my parents if you and Sora-chan could spend Christmas with us instead of here in this house all alone and they said that they were going to ask you anyway.” Kame said in answer to his boyfriend’s questioning look.
“ Its almost midnight want me to take you home now?” Koki asked.
“ Nah its okay. Since today was the last day before winter break I told my dad I that was just going to stay at your place, you don’t mind do you?” Kame answered.
“ Of course not sugar.” Koki said as him and Kame went up to bed.
Christmas Eve:
It was the day before Christmas and Kame still didn’t know what to get Koki for a present. He wanted it to be something special since Koki’s been really patient with him this whole time and he wanted to show his gratitude, he was at a loss until he remembered Koki telling him that he wanted to get a playmate for his dog.
“ That’s it!” Kame shouts and makes a beeline for the pet store, hoping that they still had the miniature poodle that Koki had showed to him yesterday.
He gets there and to his great relief the little dog was still there. He goes in and before anyone else could so much as look at her, he tells the shop keeper that he’ll take her. After buying the dog he takes her and the various toys and new dog beds he bought he took Koki’s new daughter back to his house and hides all three dog beds and Sakura-chan’s toys in his closet, he lets Ran say hi. Leaving the two dogs to play in his room he heads down to dinner and anxiously waiting for Christmas to hurry up and get here.
A few hours later Koki calls him to wish him good night and that he’ll see him tomorrow, though he sounded a little sad the whole time and Kame asked him about it.
“ You okay? You seem a little put out?”
“ Remember that little poodle I showed you the other day?”
“ Yeah.” Kame answers as Sakura decides that now was a good time to tell Kame she wanted attention.
“ What was that?” Koki asked hearing the little dog.
“ Oh nothing, I’m just helping my mom doggie sit for one of the neighbors. Anyway, you were saying..”
“ Okay, anyhow..I went by the pet shop on my way home since they extended their hours due to the holiday season and someone bought that little dog. I really liked her Kame and I just knew that she would get along great with Sora and Ran-chan.”
“ Ah well..it can’t be helped Koki and I know she would’ve. But I have to go now...the dogs still need their baths, I’ll see you tomorrow.”
“ Okay, Kame. Sora still needs her bath as well. I love you Kazu.”
“ I love you too Koki.”
They hang up and Kame goes to bathe Sakura and Ran. After he’s done and the dogs are thoroughly dry he climbs into bed and falls asleep.
Christmas Day:
After the five of them eat breakfast and they go around the table saying what their wish for Christmas was, then they went to open presents.
“ I didn’t know what to get you Koki, so I hope you like it.” Kame said and left to get Sakura from his room. He puts her down just out of sight and tells her to go find Koki.
Koki was sitting on the floor helping Ryu to dislodge one his gifts from the plastic packaging when he hears the same loud bark that he heard the night before. He turns his head just in time to see a small gray curly haired bundle fly into his lap.
“ What the..?” Koki was surprised but picked her up and when she licked his nose..he melted on the spot.
“ Its safe to say he loves your gift, son.” Kame’s dad says.
“ So..you were the one that...”
Kame nods and says, “ I still didn’t know what to get you until I remembered you telling me that you wanted to get Sora-chan a new buddy. So I went by yesterday and I was lucky that no one had bought her yet, so I nabbed her before anyone else could and I also got her these..” he pulls a bed and some toys from the hall closet at the same time that Sora comes over and after deciding that Sakura was okay, she goes back to sleep in the new bed that Kame got her for Christmas.
“ Thanks Kame...I love her. Here this is for you..” he hands Kame his gifts.
Opening the box first Kame says... “ I love the watch..but what’s with the date etched in the back?”
“ Its the day we first met.” Koki answers.
Then Kame turns to the other gifts that Koki gave him, he says...
“ How did you get these...these games aren’t even released to the general public yet, thank you Koki.” Kame asks and hugs Koki tightly.
“ I have a friends that work for the companies that make those, so its not that hard.” Koki answers back as Kame puts his new watch on.
“ That makes sense. Oh and remind me to thank you properly later.” Kame says and winks, causing Koki to blush lightly.
“ Okay now that’s out of the way, I have a little announcement to make.” Kame’s dad says interrupting the conversation between Koki and Kame.

Koki moans into the kiss while he undoes the buttons on Kame’s shirt, remembering to stay up top he’s pleased that Ryo’s actions from this morning didn’t make Kame want to go back to just kissing.
“ Oh Kame...” he moans as Kame’s knee works Koki’s hard on. He presses harder and speeds up the movement of his knee causing Koki to cry out against his younger lover’s neck as he’s coming hard and fast in his boxers.
After a few minutes he gets up to change and clean himself up. When he comes back Kame’s just hanging up from talking to his dad.
“ I asked my parents if you and Sora-chan could spend Christmas with us instead of here in this house all alone and they said that they were going to ask you anyway.” Kame said in answer to his boyfriend’s questioning look.
“ Its almost midnight want me to take you home now?” Koki asked.
“ Nah its okay. Since today was the last day before winter break I told my dad I that was just going to stay at your place, you don’t mind do you?” Kame answered.
“ Of course not sugar.” Koki said as him and Kame went up to bed.
Christmas Eve:
It was the day before Christmas and Kame still didn’t know what to get Koki for a present. He wanted it to be something special since Koki’s been really patient with him this whole time and he wanted to show his gratitude, he was at a loss until he remembered Koki telling him that he wanted to get a playmate for his dog.
“ That’s it!” Kame shouts and makes a beeline for the pet store, hoping that they still had the miniature poodle that Koki had showed to him yesterday.
He gets there and to his great relief the little dog was still there. He goes in and before anyone else could so much as look at her, he tells the shop keeper that he’ll take her. After buying the dog he takes her and the various toys and new dog beds he bought he took Koki’s new daughter back to his house and hides all three dog beds and Sakura-chan’s toys in his closet, he lets Ran say hi. Leaving the two dogs to play in his room he heads down to dinner and anxiously waiting for Christmas to hurry up and get here.
A few hours later Koki calls him to wish him good night and that he’ll see him tomorrow, though he sounded a little sad the whole time and Kame asked him about it.
“ You okay? You seem a little put out?”
“ Remember that little poodle I showed you the other day?”
“ Yeah.” Kame answers as Sakura decides that now was a good time to tell Kame she wanted attention.
“ What was that?” Koki asked hearing the little dog.
“ Oh nothing, I’m just helping my mom doggie sit for one of the neighbors. Anyway, you were saying..”
“ Okay, anyhow..I went by the pet shop on my way home since they extended their hours due to the holiday season and someone bought that little dog. I really liked her Kame and I just knew that she would get along great with Sora and Ran-chan.”
“ Ah well..it can’t be helped Koki and I know she would’ve. But I have to go now...the dogs still need their baths, I’ll see you tomorrow.”
“ Okay, Kame. Sora still needs her bath as well. I love you Kazu.”
“ I love you too Koki.”
They hang up and Kame goes to bathe Sakura and Ran. After he’s done and the dogs are thoroughly dry he climbs into bed and falls asleep.
Christmas Day:
After the five of them eat breakfast and they go around the table saying what their wish for Christmas was, then they went to open presents.
“ I didn’t know what to get you Koki, so I hope you like it.” Kame said and left to get Sakura from his room. He puts her down just out of sight and tells her to go find Koki.
Koki was sitting on the floor helping Ryu to dislodge one his gifts from the plastic packaging when he hears the same loud bark that he heard the night before. He turns his head just in time to see a small gray curly haired bundle fly into his lap.
“ What the..?” Koki was surprised but picked her up and when she licked his nose..he melted on the spot.
“ Its safe to say he loves your gift, son.” Kame’s dad says.
“ So..you were the one that...”
Kame nods and says, “ I still didn’t know what to get you until I remembered you telling me that you wanted to get Sora-chan a new buddy. So I went by yesterday and I was lucky that no one had bought her yet, so I nabbed her before anyone else could and I also got her these..” he pulls a bed and some toys from the hall closet at the same time that Sora comes over and after deciding that Sakura was okay, she goes back to sleep in the new bed that Kame got her for Christmas.
“ Thanks Kame...I love her. Here this is for you..” he hands Kame his gifts.
Opening the box first Kame says... “ I love the watch..but what’s with the date etched in the back?”
“ Its the day we first met.” Koki answers.
Then Kame turns to the other gifts that Koki gave him, he says...
“ How did you get these...these games aren’t even released to the general public yet, thank you Koki.” Kame asks and hugs Koki tightly.
“ I have a friends that work for the companies that make those, so its not that hard.” Koki answers back as Kame puts his new watch on.
“ That makes sense. Oh and remind me to thank you properly later.” Kame says and winks, causing Koki to blush lightly.
“ Okay now that’s out of the way, I have a little announcement to make.” Kame’s dad says interrupting the conversation between Koki and Kame.
